Katie has been practicing yoga for 3 years. She received her 200 hr certification through Studio One Yoga this past Fall-Winter! She quickly realized how essential the yoga practice was to have in her life to strive for balance, love, and compassion for all the world and herself!
Katie teaches K-5 Physical Education in Osceola.
She lives in Dresser. She loves being outdoors and exploring this area we live in.
Annie began practicing yoga when Lift Bridge opened it's doors, and she quickly fell in love with the practice. She received her RYT 200 from HeartWork Yoga Studio in Northfield, MN in May 2018. She holds additional certifications in Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Yoga HIIT.
Annie lives in New Richmond with her husband, Trevor, and three kids, Blaire, Brandt & Beau. She works full time as a reading teacher at Starr Elementary. In her free time, you can find Annie taking classes at Lift Bridge, biking with her kids, relaxing at the cabin, or enjoying Happy Hour with friends & family.

Molly attended her first yoga class in 2011 in hopes to help prevent injury while she trained for the Mile. She was blown away by the physical and mental benefits she experienced and was hooked. In 2015 she received her 200hr training from CorePower Yoga in St. Paul and began teaching there soon after.
She currently teaches a variety of classes but yoga sculpt and power yoga have a special place in her heart.
When she isn’t teaching classes or practicing yoga she loves playing with her dogs, paddle boarding on the St. Croix, and drinking kombucha on her porch.

Meet Jillian! Jillian has been practicing yoga since she was in high school and received her RYT-200hr. in the summer of 2014 from HeartWork Yoga Studio in Northfield, MN. Jillian graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Kinesiology and enjoys incorporating her knowledge about how the body moves physically and linking those movements with the mind, breath and body.
Jillian believes yoga forces you to let go of perfectionism and holds you as you learn to laugh at yourself while being surrounded by a community of support and love. Yoga grounds you to the earth and lets you feel apart of something so much bigger while bringing you to your true self all at the same time. Jillian is excited for the opportunity to bring yoga to New Richmond and share her passion of the practice with the community. While not doing yoga, Jillian enjoys a nice cup of coffee, being outside with her pup and spending time with friends and family. Jillian lives in New Richmond, WI with her husband Adam, new baby girl Quinnley, and pup Bentley.
Julie recently graduated from Heartwork's Advanced Yoga Study & Teacher Training Program April 2019. Her wellness journey includes a love story with yoga, pushing through self-doubt and creating empowering life changes. Julie is so excited to share her passion and love for yoga!
Julie has been married to the love of her life for 23 years. They have a 21 year old daughter and an 19 year old son, and live in New Richmond, WI. Julie loves yoga, essential oils, riding her beach cruiser bike downtown Stillwater, her 2 dogs River (Colorado Bulldog) and Willow (French Bulldog), and reading or listening to books on Audible. You can also find Julie working along side her husband in their dog training business!
Molly recently received her barre certification after falling in love with barre and yoga at Lift Bridge Yoga Co. Her initial attraction was a great sweat session but she quickly realized the mindfulness and community benefits of the studio and feel more in love to the point of wanting to take her practice to the next and become teacher certified.
Molly and her husband Garret are both teachers in New Richmond and have two boys, Grayson and Hudson. Their family enjoys traveling, staying active outside, and spending time with family and friends.
Lindsay began her yoga journey many years ago attending local classes on the military base her husband was stationed on in California. As time went on, she wanted to learn more about yoga and attended the Hatha 200Hr RYT program through the University of Minnesota where she graduated in May 2019. Lindsay believes in intention-based movement through yoga postures to safely and effectively flow through her classes.
Lindsay is a native of the southwest. She married and later moved to the midwest in 2014. Lindsay has a veterinary nursing background and works for the University of Minnesota. Her husband, two dogs Sora and Rhea and there five chickens reside in Hudson and are expecting their first child in late August. When she isn't being a yogi, you can find her hiking, paddleboarding, fishing, hanging with her furry and feathered friends or gardening.
Katie has been practicing yoga for ten years and was recently certified as an instructor. She received her CYT 200 from Breathe for Change. She views yoga as a powerful tool for physical and mental health and as a door to mindfulness.
Katie grew up in New Richmond and after living in Madison for eight years is happy to be back in her hometown. She is a Special Education Teacher in Maplewood and enjoys incorporating yoga and mindfulness into her teaching.
Reading, hiking, and spending time with family are Katie’s favorite pastimes and Wisconsin is such a beautiful place for these activities.
