Molly attended her first yoga class in 2011 in hopes to help prevent injury while she trained for the Mile. She was blown away by the physical and mental benefits she experienced and was hooked. In 2015 she received her 200hr training from CorePower Yoga in St. Paul and began teaching there soon after.
She currently teaches a variety of classes but yoga sculpt and power yoga have a special place in her heart.
When she isn’t teaching classes or practicing yoga she loves playing with her dogs, paddle boarding on the St. Croix, and drinking kombucha on her porch.

Meet Jillian! Jillian has been practicing yoga since she was in high school and received her RYT-200hr. in the summer of 2014 from HeartWork Yoga Studio in Northfield, MN. Jillian graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Kinesiology and enjoys incorporating her knowledge about how the body moves physically and linking those movements with the mind, breath and body.

Jillian is excited for the opportunity to bring yoga to New Richmond and share her passion of the practice with the community. Jillian lives in New Richmond, WI with her husband Adam, new baby girl Quinnley, and pup Bentley.
