Practicing yoga can help you build strength and mobility & develop the breath and body awareness that will benefit your running and help prevent injuries. Running and yoga are similar in the idea that they are both a form of moving meditation which will help you feel calm, clear and confident.
Join Lift Bridge Yoga Co. instructor and avid runner, Molly Larson for a Yoga for Runners workshop on Thursday, April 25th at 6:30pm.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of running and yoga experience.
