Flow & Glow with us as we light up the night with a yoga flow under blacklights, decorated with glow-in-the-dark body paint, glow sticks, and up beat dance music. Arrive at 5:30p to apply glow in the dark body paint. We will flow from 6:00-7:00pm.

Flow & Glow with us as we light up the night!
Join us for a special glow in the dark yoga class. Decorate with glow-in-the-dark body paint, glow sticks, & plan to wear your brightest colors. Arrive around 5:30pm to apply glow in the dark body paint. Class will begin around 6pm!
Wear white or fluorescent clothing for a super-fun experience. It's going to be lit!
